A atriz inglesa Stephanie English,interpretou o papel de uma técnica de comunicações rebelde em Hoth no episódio V de Star Wars(O Império contra ataca).

SWCP: Fale-nos do seu papel em Star Wars.

S.E: Eu era uma controladora de rádio rebelde Hoth e minha cena foi com o Harrison Ford e o Bruce Boa.

SWCP: Parece que houve alguns contratempos nas rodagens desse filme na Noruega devido às condições climatéricas. Recorda-se de alguma delas? 

S.E: Eu não fiz nenhuma cena na Noruega. As minhas cenas foram filmadas nos Estúdios Elstree. 

SWCP: Acha que a sua participação em Star Wars lhe abriu as portas para trabalhar noutros filmes?

S.E: Não acho que por ter trabalhado em Star Wars tivesse quaisquer outros papéis noutros filmes. Foi uma época muito preenchida em filmes e então continuei a trabalhar em muitos outros filmes.

SWCP: Sabemos que se encontra regularmente com outros atores que participaram na trilogia original de Star Wars.Fez grandes amizades com alguns deles?

S.E: A maioria dos meus amigos de Star Wars já eram amigos antes de eu trabalhar nele, mas por causa de Star Wars agora mantenho o contato e vejo-os regularmente nas convenções. 

SWCP: Participou em dois filmes do James Bond:Octopussy e O mundo não chega. Como foi essa experiência? 

S.E: Os filmes de James Bond foram muito divertidos para trabalhar o e Pierce Brosnan foi muito simpático. 

SWCP: Que mensagem gostaria de enviar aos fãs de Star Wars?

S.E: A minha mensagem para os fãs é a seguinte: obrigado por virem às convenções, eu sempre gosto de vos conhecer e é sempre bom ouvir o que vocês sabem sobre os filmes.

The British actress Stephanie English played the role of a Hoth rebel technician on Star Wars: The Empire strikes back.  

SWCP: Tell us about your role on Star Wars: The Empire strikes back. 

S.E: I was a Hoth rebel radio controller and my scene was with Harrison Ford & Bruce Boa. 

SWCP: It seems that there have been some problems during the shots of this film in Norway, due to weather conditions. Do you remember any of these situations? 

S.E: I did not do any scenes in Norway my scenes were all filmed at Elstree Studios.

SWCP:  Do you think that your role on Star Wars has opened the doors to work in other films in the future?  

S.E: No I don't think working on Star Wars got me any other roles it was a busy time for films then and I went on to work in a lot of other films.

SWCP: We know that you meet regularly with other actors from the original Star Wars trilogy. Did you made great friendships with some of them? 

S.E: Most of my Star Wars friends were already friends before I worked on it but because of Star Wars we now keep in touch and see each other regularly at shows. 

SWCP: You participated in two James Bond´s films: Octopussy and The world is not enough. How it was this experience?

S.E: The James Bond films were a lot of fun to work on and Pierce Bronson was very nice.

SWCP: What message would you like to send for the fans of Star Wars? 

S.E: My message to the fans is thank you for coming to the shows I always enjoy meeting you all and it is always nice to hear what you know about the films.
